The relationship between Conan and Ai is different from the other couples: When they meet in the comic 10, Conan hates Ai because he thinks that she's like Gin and Vodka... But day by day Conan and Ai become more friends...

Ai loves Conan, they have a lot of cute moments... She knows that Conan loves Ran, and she tries to help Conan with his love. At first, Ai doesn't want to talk with ran, but she understands that Ran is a good person and tries to be her friend.

Ai is always trying to help Conan: She gives him an antydote of the APTX-4869, for Shinichi cant talk with Ran; and Conan is always worried for Ai...

I don't think that they will be toghether at the end, but Conan will have a lot of doubts about who is her real love... I hope!!
